Due to the current foalnapping crisis, an emergency curfew is now in force.
 
For the duration of the crisis, all foals within town limits must may only travel out of doors during the hours of sunrise if escorted by a responsible adult, and must be confined behind locked doors during the hours of moonrise.
 
One adult may not accompany more than three foals at any one time.
 
Please be aware that neither Rainbow Dash nor Derpy Hooves can be classified as a responsible adult.
