At this point, it’s crueler if they are. As far as we know, they were happy together until they died, too soon but at or around the same time and knowing their children and farm were in good
handshooves.Reasons for being out of the picture to the degree that they’re spoken of only in past tense and their children know so little about them get progressively darker from there.
