My entry for the Underwater Anime and Cartoon Fashion contest from Akira-Devilman666
 
I choose Fluttershy because, not only is she my favorite character, but she also looks really cute when being bashful. As well as being underwater.
 
Note: I had trouble trying to get the ripple and bubble effect right. But it turned out okay.
