I once had an idea where there were twin ponies, but their main orifices were swapped you know which ones I mean, so when one spoke, it was from the other’s mouth. Same when using the bathroom. Wasn’t too sure about where exactly they swapped, like right at the entrance like you’ve done here, or in the throat, but front of mouth would probably be best since they wouldn’t have to chew or move their mouth for each other.  
No idea for the design of these twins beyond that though.
