Yeah, and so by that definition this is not a crack ship.
Crack shipping is when it’s a highly unlikely pairing, for example when you ship characters that live in different parts of the world and haven’t even met canonically, or characters that don’t even get along in canon, etc.
What’s the difference between a crack ship and a “normal” one?
It’s my understanding that crack ships are generally made for a laugh,
while the “normal” ones are made because people genuinely believe the pairing would work.
And yes, I agree, it’s a lovely style.
I’m afraid you are wrong, just because a large group of people follow one ship doesn’t make it a legitimate one. Just look at SansxPapyrus of Undertale. Yeah, the ears are a bit too long as well, but the faces are a bit off too. It’s still a lovely style.
For you, it might seem like a crack ship but for A LOT of people, it’s a legit ship.
And I think the ears are too long moreso than the faces.
