I’ve mentioned in a journal that Greyscale was an oopsie-baby, and although I say there that overall having the baby was a positive experience, getting pregnant at 19 was still very scary for Silver Spoon and Spike. She hadn’t been out of high school long, although they did consider their relationship serious, and neither of them had any idea what the baby would be like nor how to take care of one. There were a few weeks of terror in which Silver Spoon was afraid to tell her parents, and neither of them knew if they wanted to keep the baby or not. Luckily Silver’s family is loaded, allowing the couple the means to support Grey–not to mention Spike’s connection to the princess of friendship–so all did turn out well in the end.
 
Oh and as you might be able to tell Spike went through a bit of a phase as a teen/young adult
