Hungarian here, I can confirm they indeed can’t. Our version of the show is probably one of if not the worst :c

English: Ah yes, good old, same old. 
German: I feel whoever voiced her was having too much fun with that part. 
Dutch: And this got REALLY into it. 
Polish: This one’s voice track are really not well matched with the rest of the sound effects. 
Italian: Nothing in particular to really comment here. 
Dannish: Someone wasn’t even trying… 
Hungarian: Oh my fucking god, can they even ACT? 
Russian: I’m 90% sure that’s Nightmare Moon’s laugh… 
Spanish: I think someone wanted to go for that extra notch at the end. 
Romanian: This one’s pretty average, though it doesn’t sync well with the animation. 
Norwegian: Eh, nothing to say other than that it feels a bit unremarkable. 
Czech: And here I thought the Dannish wasn’t trying! 
French: Now this is someone who gets it! 
Latino: And this is about the same quality as the English original.

I like how some of them sounded like they were reading the “Ah-hahaha” right from the script.

Italian one sounds like someone tickled.

Omg no! It might sound adorable to a non-native… It just sounds far too young, false and derpy to me. I also might not like it cause the voice actress has the same laugh regardless of who she voices…
