It was a sunny day on the outskirts of the Equestrian Empire. From the brink of dawn to the break of noon, the two spent an entire six hour road trip inside Fluttershy’s SUV.
“Ugh, I swear to Celestia that my leg muscles actually shrunk on the way over here.” Rainbow whined, waddling forward in the awkward fashion she was adjusted to nowadays.
Fluttershy who walked behind her girl friend, kept a clever grin as the two sorted their way down the dusty beaten path. “Well maybe if someone wasn’t a little stinky pants baby, she wouldn’t have to ride in a car seat.”
Rainbow huffed, covering her bare chest with her arms. “Hmmph. It’s not my fault I had to go Fluttershy, I held it in for three hours.”
Coming up from behind the girl, Fluttershy slumped her girlfriend’s diaper bag over her shoulder and followed her. “Heyy, there’s no need to get all pouty, Rainbow. You know that I love taking care of my baby girl and I just want her to really feel like a baby.”
Her annoyed expression gone, Rainbow smiled ever so slightly. “I-I know.” She said, nearly at the edge of the depression, “I just am I little adgitated because of how sunny and hot it is. I-I like the sun~~”
“But it’s uncomfotable because your whole chest is exposed?” The bigger women asked, taking Rainbow Dash’s hand in her own.
Being the little girl at heart that she was, Rainbow Dash couldn’t help but gush a little as her girlfriend grabbed her hand. Fluttershy rarely showed any signs of romantic affection nowadays~~ only parental affection. “Y-yeah.” She squeaked, tensing up as she made her way over to the stairs.
Then her eyes went wide.
“Heh, well be glad you basically don’t have boobs.” Fluttershy teased, giggling a little. She looked down to spot Twilight’s personal RV, waiting for the last of the party guest to show up.
Rainbow’s heart dropped and her face lit up a bright red, “No no no! You can’t expect me to talk in front of them in this outfit! I-I don’t even h-have a top, a-and you can see my diaper if my panties~~”
“Ah-ah ah, your momma is talking Dashie.” Fluttershy condescendingly remarked, gripping her girlfriend’s hand a little tighter. “Now first of all, babies don’t need tops. Especially ones with flat chest.” She said, letting her baby’s diaper bag drop from her shoulder down to her hand.
“But~~ I thought this was going to be a roman~~” Rainbow spouted, before being shushed by Fluttershy.
“Shh.” Fluttershy sounded, squeezing Rainbow’s palm a little tightly. “As I was saying. Secondly, you won’t be talking in front of anybody today, Dashie. I made it very clear today that I was bringing my baby for a little summer play and to ignore her if she tried to break her character. Got it?”
Flustered, Rainbow Dash reluctantly nodded. “Mmm… mmm-hmm.”
The women looked over at her baby’s ruby red and somewhat flustered face. Smiling she cheered, “Good girl! Now come on, everyone is dying to see you try out the new baby-floaty I’ve been teasing about.”
Waddling forward at the tug of her mommy’s hand on her own, Rainbow Dash’s heart sank. She was sure today was going to be the day that they’d finally have a real date~~ a beach date at that. “I-I think I have to go potty.” She whined, trying anything to avoid seeing her friends.
“That’s alright dear.” Fluttershy commented, merrily walking down the stairs as if she were babysitting a real child, “I did bring your diaper bag for a reason.”
