it had potential, but it got ruined by the commissioner’s own writing style. which
 
I’m most fan fictions I’ve read Alicorns be can be killed by mundane weapons just like any normal pony. This is one of the few stories were Alicorns can only be harmed by certain stuff, making them actually more powerful than usually. So I don’t really see what’s the problem with the dragon bone thing is. Unless you believe that Alicorns should be completely invulnerable.
