Weakling

Stitch himself was, according to Jumba, made with it impossible for him to be anything but destructive and not feel positives emotions, but we saw hint of it before he was clearly developing to be capable of caring and love, with Jumba basically admitting later he just never made him with the intent of having positive emotions and not really that it was impossible.  
Thinking it was a bug or somthing he did wrong, so even Jumba didn’t know fully what could happen with him.  
But the ending of 2, nothing to make it make sense for Stitch.

I remember Jumba making that statement a few time but then when it did happen he would find way and it was somthing somewhat hinted at before hand.  
The end of 2 didn’t have that.

They really should of thought of something to make it work really.  
Given it came out after Stitch! The Movie and during the run of The Series but was meant to be before them they knew how it had to end, so should of worked on a way to not have it as a cop out.
