That’s because it’s about intention. Since the focus here isn’t on the diaper (it’s simply part of a Baby New Year costume) it shouldn’t warrant a “diaper fetish” tag. If the picture is a baby pony in a diaper but the focus is on the diaper or usage of the diaper, it would be intended as fetish material and the “diaper fetish” tag would apply.

I didn’t mean it that way, and Sweetie Belle isn’t an adult as in the short tag description, but is arguably a “baby” or not, so…
 

 
I just kinda don’t want one of my stuff to be questionable.
 
I will note that these two don’t have it.  
 

 
The first is drawn differently enough from fetish stuff that it’s basically show-style. Could say the same for Sweetie Belle here.
 
The second could be a tagging error or maybe the CMC/Dinky are close enough to babies (they are often referred to as “foals”)? (Though they’d certainly resent that statement, lol)

Not in my opinon. The reason Sweetie’s dressed like a baby, is that she represents the new year.
