I wouldn’t say she’s at the bottom of the totem pole of strength, indeed we have ample evidence of the opposite of that given how she boasted of routinely defeating other dragons in feats of strength and fire breath power.

Certainly I’d agree Garble is to some degree stronger (and insanely durable like most dragons), but it still asserts to how Ember is stronger than she looks in that she was able to grapple with him at all, and win because she knew how to do more than rely on strength in a fight.

Weird, I guess he doesn’t win king of the hoard much.
In fairness Garble was overpowering her in a straight match up. Ember won because, Garble being Garble, he had absolutely no idea how to actually fight.

Plus she previously managed to go toe-to-toe with Garble, who is about twice her size and very strong himself.
Maybe because shes blue. :D
Considering she lifted up a giant boulder that must’ve weighed a ton later in this ep and blew it to pieces, I would tend to agree.
