Magic typically matches the cutie mark, unless the cutie mark isn’t established, then it matches eye color. None of the ponies here have visible cutie marks, so they were all given eye color magic, which leads to magic colors you don’t frequently see.
I’m not going to do a vector, but here’s a close-up:
They all match their eye colors, which is usually true ~75% of the time.
They’re surprisingly differentiated for random background ponies. They even have some fairly unusual magic colors mixed in there, with the dark green and light pink.
And if they are, then that’s practically Trixie on the left.
On further review, no, their eye colors are wrong too.
