Objectively wrong, Appearance have AAAA LOT to do with developing personality. And in girls, chest size plays a major role.

It’s Adagio’s outfit and the camera angles that make her look ‘flat’ at all, her vest covering the curve in most shots. You’re free to imagine whatever you wish, but in canon, everyone has almost exactly the same body type, and in reality, personality has nothing whatsoever to do with chest size.
