Well, I remember someone pointing out that holes in hair is impossible, assuming it is normal hair, and so I thought of a rather practical solution. Those are brass “spools” which make spaces in the hair. The hair is bound before and after so they stay in place. It’s like a bit of royal décor. :>
It’s even better, now that it’s finished!
