Yes, it’s the letter Ash (æsc) which is pronounced as a hard “a” sound (as in pat or bat, rather than an “ah” or “ay” sound) because she’s yelling “aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa”. xD
…I can’t believe it took me this long to notice that I’ve been tagged as Artist on this pic by somepony on the booru, and that staff members who’ve subsequently added tags did not remove said tag.
I have an Artist tag? Cool! xD (Should I try to art more? xD)
It translates as “Min lytel hors”, which is apparently Old English for “My little pony” (there being no actual word “pony” in Old English - it came from Scots Gaelic).

You’re welcome.

So the Scots word came from Norman by way of Middle French. We were both right. :)
Actually, “pony” was Norman, it came from the French word for “foal”.
Check it out: External link
Wiktionary also has tables to show you how to decline adjectives and all that.
So it’s “small little horse”, then? Cool. xD
My favourite part of this little image is still the “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA” along the bottom. Maybe Sweetie Belle Derelle is Luna’s protégé? :P
Did you know it that you made a pun? Min in Old English also means small.
They’re an easy thing to miss. Fortunately, Luna isn’t.
Nah, this is about my limit.
