Looking closely: it has the same coloring as current Thorax, horns like Thorax, wings like Thorax, and as you said a quadrupedal. Maybe baby Thorax knew even then. Or met a younger Spike some where along way.

Well, guess his meeting with Spike was destiny…but that blue doll…doesn’t look like Ember, more like a quadrupedal creature…no…probably not and most definently not Grogar. Doesn’t have ram horns, but I feel like Spike and Throax will fight it one day if this destiny does that.
