Description
This image, oh my this image, I rendered this soooo many times on my computer, only for it to crash right at the end due to memory consumption, all because I forgot to disable Freestyle NPR rendering. It took me 4 days 3 15 hour renders and lots of pain to figure it out, in the end I sent it off to renderstreet and got it rendered in about 2 hours, for only 8 dollars. As for the image itself there are a few things I dislike, but i learned loads and loads about bump mapping, specularity mapping, cloth simulation, and displacement mapping. Hope you enjoy!

Render Information
-On my computer it took about 13 hours at 4k res, 4000 samples before it crashed
-On renderstreets render farm it took about 2 hours at 4k res, and 4000 samples before it did just fine
Other Information
-Originally I had put particle hair systems in both the hat and the cape, but it didn’t look good and cause more problems than benifits
-Contrary to what most people would expect her hair looks god awful from any other angle than the camera angle, try looking at her face head on, it looks like a rug.

That’s pretty cool. Good job :). I’d like to get into 3D stuff too one day too it looks fun.
