After through examination of every hot Celaeno image, I’m going with Ember. All things being equal or comparable, lips beat out beak.

Depends on your fetish. Ember’s got the scales, but Celaeno’s also an amputee. And they’ve both got the egg thing going on. So they’re about evenly matched in fetish value.
 
But I have to go with Ember because dragons.
