It shouldn’t have to be listed, as the tags are there for a reason. The tags exist so people can search for images with that specific tag. If you make up tags that don’t exist rather than using the correct one, no one is going to find that image. It’s just common sense to use existing tags and not make up new ones.
I’ve read this and I didn’t see anything about not creating new tags
That is why I suggest reading these before you post an image, and to always check while tagging. If it’s not an existing tag, then it doesn’t show up as an option while you’re typing (for example, if you start typing “changed” in a tag, one the first suggestions is “changedling”, showing that it’s an existing tag).
If you’re confused about what tag to use, try searching through existing images to figure out the correct tags.
