Two short lines under both eyelids don’t exactly cost a fortune. Lines under the eyes have been used in many a facial expressions throughout the show for various reasons :)
Looks more like mild dread/stress/grief here though. Still cute regardless!
Maybe it’s the angles she is, but I think that meanwhile the head looks the same size, the body seems a little bit bigger.
That doesn’t really say much. Could easily be more detail due to higher animation budget.
