No, because Shark Tale was a badly written mess. Taking place under water had nothing to do with it.
It was ranging 49% when I posted that message so either you or I got the wrong information. Either way, my argument still holds some ground since it clearly increased in some form.

And recently reviewed a 21 year old game getting an official and complained about “dated graphics”
Er… no it isn’t! :( It’s down from 71% to 57%! That’s concerning…
But i guess thats just my opinion.
But what about not-so-good movies that take place underwater, like Shark Tale for instance? Would it work the other way around?
