Well it was actually the Storm King’s job of conquering Equestria. Not Tempest. And besides, he along with Tempest, Grubber, and the Storm King’s troops conquered Equestria throughout the entire film until the climax of the film. Especially when Tempest and Grubber hunts down Twilight.
