just like goku was very tired in namek when using kaioken and spirit bomb but become in ssj … and magically his energy was restored …  
 
at least here goku uses the energy that Frieza gave him although his body has not yet stabilized as a result his transformations are weaker  
Jiren did not wake up from his meditation so it was not worth it until he felt the ultra instinct again  
maybe but you can choose to focus more on comedy and that’s not why it would be wrong  
if I start to overanalyze things, dbz would have less sense of what it supposedly has  
in the series they explain that the saiyans of universe 6 are warriors who have evolved to no longer need the tail and who fight for the good of their planet by logic more powerful than normal  
the ssj berserk is a ssj more powerful than the normal being based on broly  
gohan had barely reached the ssj but it did not take him long to transform into ssj 2 thanks to his potential since he already had the power he just had to release it  
gohan and trunks of the future needed intruction first to transform  
at least caulifla and kale needed the instruction of cabba to transform because the power already had it  
Trunks of the future is the same trunks and trained constantly and it cost much more to become ssj  
false, vegeta never trained with trunks until the arrival of the tournament that is why he is surprised that it was transformed into ssj the first time  
trunks and goten never trained lived in times of peace unlike gohan and trunks of the future nobody taught them and they became ssj at the age of 7 and 8 years much younger than any saiyan and even so they could fight alongside gohan and vegeta ssj as training  
gotenks just need to see the ssj3 to be able to transform without anyone teaching him despite the fact that it took goku 7 years
 
in coclusion caulifla and kale are more consistent than children

My thoughts exactly. End of the day this Universal Survival Arc, nay, Dragon Ball Super itself, is just one big waste of time. There are far better things to do than concern oneself with this rather fitting encapsulation of everything wrong with Shonen Battle stories (given this franchise’s impact on the genre and all)

I don’t see how the two Starlight Glimmers, Kale and Caulifla, losing to the main character is really a cheerful point when by the time they were finally defeated, they were already stronger then all the Universe 7 fighters combined besides UI Goku. The damage is already done. We already knew that UI Goku could knee Jiren in the chest so Goku’s win isn’t any surprise or any kind of payoff. The only thing we are left with is befuddlement on how their asspull Goku getting back his stamina AGAIN to rematch with Jiren, because the writers wrote themselves into a corner as usual.

I hope you are happy UI Goku BTFO Kefla so hard that he broke her potara fusion and kamehameha her out of the ring, now U6 only have two who namekians, they are doomed (unless the theory about hit creating a time padarox clone to escape elimination is true, el grande padre never announced his defeat, xeno hasn’t cross him out from his tablet and he has been suspiciously silent since his elimination)

Yeah I saw that, which means the whole new favorite OCs beating series mainstay bit they’re doing here was now even more of a hollow punchline. At least when Beerus beat Goku they had the balls to have it stick but I guess that’s only because Beerus is literally the best thing to happen to Dragon Ball Z in years…..

I’m pretty damn impressed they actually managed to make a genuine transforming toy off of Luluco herself, I haven’t even seen the show and I still want that damn toy. It’s like a Semi Waifu Bait Megatron man, the delicious absurdity alone is too good to ignore. I HATE BEING POOR!
