I’ve always assumed he was roleplaying a guy online who cannot be asked to take a chill pill. Not for any particular or apparent reason other than most of his comments sound as if they were written by a cartoon character. XD

I’m pretty sure bashing a fictional character and hoping she gets maimed almost every time she comes to mind could count as objectively too much.
 
Obviously they don’t focus on this fictional character all the time, but whenever they do, they want nothing more than to see her in anguish.

If you drink enough alcohol to shutdown your brain that’s objectively too much.  
But if I drink each Saturday a bottle of amaretto and you never drink, then a bottle each Saturday will seem too much, for you.
 
And that’s talking about a substance that can actually harm your body not about some fantasy.  
Obsessive unhealthy fantasies are Very rare
 
I pretty much like pizza and some other stuff like vore all the time I don’t see a time where I’m like “meh”  
But unhealthy would be if I was unable to think about anything else Wikipedia has a nice article on that.
 
So how do you know they don’t want something else as well?

There’s nothing wrong with engaging in that every once in a while, but wanting that all the time is concerning.
 
The problem isn’t that they’re not interested in other subjects about that character; the problem is that they only want to see that character in agony and nothing else.

Nothing wrong with relishing in sadistic fantasies about fictional characters, no harm done.
 
So if someone isn’t interested in other subjects about that character it’s “Problematic”, yeah no.

Enjoying it as an art form once a while is fine. Relishing every single moment it comes up is not.
 
There doesn’t, but it’s still problematic when torture or harm is all one wants to see of a fictional character.

No one was talking about obsessions, all obsessions are harmful to the one who is obsessed.
 
But simply for example enjoying fictional torture of a character etc passionate or not is completely fine, its just fiction.
 
And there doesnt need to be a reason why someone wants to see a certain character harmed if its simply what they wanna see well, time to save up and find an artist to depict it.
