People always compare Twilight to Midna, but she’s much much closer to BotW’s Zelda… a princess and a scholar, and very insecure about her position in life.
I’m glad Rainbow Dash is Link in this, since Link is my favorite video game protagonist and RD’s my favorite pony… but I must say, Dashie is way too boisterous and brash compared to him. AJ would be much closer in comparison, at least in my opinion.
