Well, remember how Simba have broken the Circle of Life in “The Lion King II: Simba’s Pride”? Well, Twilight in this movie have broken the Magic of Friendship.
This is even less understandable to me than Babs Seed going to the dark side. Twilight is old enough to know better. Plus she’s the Princess of Friendship.
Only those who already watched that will think this is spoiler. Because this picture don’t said anything about how it come to this point and what she did wrong.
Also, this is definitely spoiler heavy and would therefore make a bad teaser.
In real life, we murder millions of people to win wars, and the people who do so (either directly, or more specifically I meant the ones who set events in motion for that to happen) are lauded as heroes.
Stealing some magical pearl to save Equestria is pretty understandable.
It her fault that she sent her friends out for fun, just trying to get that pearl.
It made it feel so hopeless to see her without hope. She was just so… broken.
Heartbreaking.
