Yeah, you can adjust the contrast to darken your lines and lighten your paper, either while scanning, or by editing in Photoshop or GIMP after you’ve scanned it. And then you can use image editing to remove any eraser smudges left after the previous steps.
I have a technical question: This is traditional art, meaning that it is ink on paper, correct? How does the artist make it so that when it is uploaded that you don’t see any paper grain or eraser marks?
