Later that day. It’s ambiguous how quickly she got her energy back, just that it was later that day - when she delivers the messages it’s midday lighting (it always makes me think of like 10am - midday brightness but the fresh, lively crisp of the morning) and by the time the party starts it’s evening, and who knows if it’s even the same day.
 
In Baby Cakes and Too Many Pinkie Pies it’s the end of her day - either because it’s bedtime anyways (Baby Cakes) or she drops asleep while the sun is still out (Too Many Pinkie Pies).
 
I never really liked the idea of her being some sort of god. I like to think she’s a lot more relatable and all. She’s just very energetic - like her body processes a lot of sugar really well or something, heh.
 
She has a million times more energy than I do, for sure, but even she’s got limits before she needs to sleep or nap if a day’s been really intense.
 
Even someone that’s always chugging energy drinks and eating candy will crash eventually. Though in Pinkie’s case I think it’s more just her wonderful mindset and metabolism and such.

Usually how long the days are plays the main part in life determining the season, though, so maybe I’m missing something, maybe not, but that’s what I recall hearing.

Usually yes, but depending on the situation they can get into ‘season’ outside the general times. I read about equines being in heat in winter, for example. I am no expert though and may very well be mistaken due to incomplete or wrong information. However, the answer regarding Cloud’s b-day is based on what information I had at this point.
