Pinkie Pie: Happy Genie-versery Twilight! :D
 
((This artwork was created on request to SweetDandy for the special day that is today. For it is 5 years now since I started I Dream Of Twilight Sparkle.
 
I’ve had a lot of fun mixing genie shenanigans with Ponies and I still have that drive to continue doing so for the near future.
 
It’s hard to really know what to say after having done this for so long. But I’m happy to have done so as I’ve met many good friends and have had a lot of fun making many of the things I’ve done in the past for now not just Genie Twilight but the other genie ponies I now have over on Ain’t Never Had Friends Like Us. And I just want to thank everybody who’s ever sent in an ask, commented, or gave a like to any of my posts. It makes me happy to see you all enjoy all the genie content I’ve put out over the past 5 years.
 
Now tomorrow is a big day pony-wise with the first big theatrical film. I won’t be able to see it opening day, but I’m definitely going to see it soon this weekend. I will have some kind of Genie Twilight response to it too. But it won’t be until at least one week after the film’s been out. And even then it probably won’t be something too spoilery that’s outside of what’s already been revealed via the trailers. But anyway, I’m really excited for the film myself. If you’re at all curious about my expectations, I’m not going to expect something that’s going to blow people away, especially people who weren’t already fans. But I do think it’s going to be something that’s going to be fun for a majority of those who are. The animation looks smoother and more fluid then ever, and I think we can be assured a wild ride of a movie that will represent much of what we love about the show and place it all on the big screen. I cannot wait to see it, and hopefully many of you are too ^^))
