@AstralFrankie
Really? That’s odd. It’s loading for me. The image was Ganondorf’s official model from Hyrule Warriors if you want to look it up on Google or something. Not having heard about the game makes sense, though, seeing as it’s just a spin-off.
I’m glad that you’re enjoying the comic! I’m enjoying writing and drawing it, so I hope to continue doing so for a while.
@Yogfan
I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to come off as rude. However, the image you uploaded in your comment didn’t load up. Plus, I never even heard of the game Hyrule Warriors. If you have trouble drawing him, I will keep that in mind and say nothing else on the subject. I really do like this comic and I like how you draw the other characters.
@Background Pony #0155
I used to do thicker eyebrows on him but they didn’t look good after a while, so I dropped them. I’ve been working on how I draw his body type (as I’m aware that I make him look leaner than he actually is), because I’m so used to drawing thin body types (like Link) that suddenly drawing someone as big as Ganon is a challenge. I’ve been drawing him consistently for about a year now, so I’m always experimenting with the way that I draw him and I’m getting better over time.
As for him looking more feminine in my style, I personally don’t see how, but I also suffer from same-face syndrome (like anime) and I’m working on that as well! Hopefully, he’ll look far more masculine as the series progresses and my art style improves with him.
@Yogfan
You probably should’ve included the thick connected eyebrows. Maybe make the forehead more prominent too. & see what happens when you try to give him a bigger torso. Maybe just trying drawing him thicker overall? Squarer jawline?
I mean I don’t know if this advice’ll work, but it seems like good enough advice to at least make some really rough sketches off of to test ’em.
Still looks like a girl Ganondorf even with the beard gives me conflicted feelings…
^ That is his official model, from Nintendo, from the spin-off game Hyrule Warriors.But I Do Now takes place in the Child Timeline, 7 years after the events of Hyrule Warriors (hence why their designs are from said game). Ganondorf simply looks younger and a little less masculine in my style due to 1) my art style being close to that of the style for MLP, 2) I’m not experienced with drawing older characters so my skill set isn’t quite there yet, 3) I originally used Jasper from Steven Universe as a model for drawing him and she is feminine and looks young, and 4) I am far more used to drawing feminine characters and am still working on my style for men.
I know that he doesn’t look perfect, and slowly but surely, I’m working on it.
To finish off, I would appreciate future comments being less rude, as yours was. The only reason that I use this site is because someone uploaded my stuff before me without permission and when I took my stuff back, people liked But I Do Now, so I continued to post it. Don’t let rude comments force me to stop posting it here.
Apologies if I sounded rude. I hope this clears some things up.
@Jarkes
The design that I use for Ganondorf is his official design from the spin-off game Hyrule Warriors as opposed to his previous canon designs.
I also have a very hard time making older people look, well, old, so I really can’t draw anyone looking older than their 20s at the moment, whereas Ganondorf is obviously older than such judging by his ingame appearance alone. My art style being very similar to that of the canon style for MLP could contribute to that as well (along with the fact that I have used Jasper from Steven Universe as a model for drawing him near the beginning).

On the contrary:

He faked his death and made himself younger through magic.

I was wondering about that too. Maybe it has something to do with how the artist draws people?
