First we’d need some device that can break the spca time, maybe so quickly rotating object, second, a way to specify location, maybe some mental calibration, or some sort of physically conduit, like a plushie, or a show accurate figure.
 
And lastly, a power source, I suggest we find a way to use methane! It’s everywhere, though we’d need a ton! Maybe a whole continents worth, or about 50 cows.

Its not to hard we need to access the energy of the dark particle with that we can generate the specific frequency and electricle output needed for teleportation then its just a simple task of trail and error of teleport locations.

Well, it’s a simple matter of figuring out how the portal is opened, then devising a ritual of some sort to ensure that it’s powered by the natural ley energy of the Earth itself rather than some human sacrifice. Oh, and then I need to find a way to make sure that I can open it at will. As I say, rather simple.
