Alright, new idea for an Equestria Girls movie.
 
Sunset notices pony skeletons at the museum, and is so horrified by this discovery that she tells Twilight. Twilight and the others realize that a disaster is coming up that could easily wipe out ponykind, so they team up to stop it thanks to Sunset warning them ahead of time. However, this causes the Equestria Girls world to disappear, but Sunset manages to leap back into the pony world just in time.
