I think fanartists who drew it should keep in mind her face isn’t exactly like a usual pony, (if you compare her with the Mane 6) and meant to be a li’l “ugly cute.” In a way that makes the disguise form even more clever considering Princess Celestia is the pony equipment of a supermodel.
