Personality: Maple Cream can easily introduce herself to others, especially in a professional setting. She does not often get lost in thought, she always wants to get straight to the point and never waste time. Maple Cream can easily stay relaxed and focused when she is under pressure. She almost always starts conversation, especially when she wants something from you, and never does anything out of curiosity. Maple Cream is very organized, and highly motivated to run her business. She is not afraid to put somebody in their place, especially when they underestimate her because of her blindness. She is quite practical, and finds it hard to read others emotion, which causes her to be insensitive at times; though sometimes she does this on purpose. Ponies rarely upset her, and her moods don’t change easily, which can be bad when she’s angry or in a bad mood.
 
Background story:  
Maple Cream was born and raised in Canterlot, where she was adopted by two unicorn mares. They wanted to adopt more children, but didn’t because they wanted to give all their attention to Maple. When Maple was young she was sick very often, and required a lot of looking after. She got her cutie mark when she was 14. Maple was walking in the forest when she started picking up leaves. She messed around with the leaves when she got back home, in the kitchen, and ended up making Maple Syrup. That’s when she got her cutie mark. One of her mothers died after drowning in a lake during the summer. A few years later Maple Cream decided to move to Ponyville for two main reasons: 1. It would be easier for her to start a business there since its way smaller than Canterlot, and 2. since she’s blind it would be much safer to live in a small town.
 
Current story:  
Maple Cream now has a pretty good going business where she sells her maple leaf food products. She lives in her store like many other ponies do who own businesses. Her living area is on the second/top floor of the building. She doesn’t have many close friends, but never feels lonely because she sees her clients everyday, and most of them are nice.
