If you want another “Star Trek: The Next Generation” then I recommend “The Orville” It is basically TNG with a few more laughs thrown into the mix. But it also has the little morality plays that made TNG, DS9 so good. Its made by people who genuinely loved Star Trek, Its not “Galaxy Quest” the series, there is a more serious tone too it!

I wish we could get another The Next Generation. That will always be my favorite Star Trek series.
