As long as it’s on another public site, the artist isn’t on the DNP list, and it’s not a commission or “Patreon reward,” i.e. doesn’t violate Rule #1 nor any others, I think it’s probably okay.

Yeah, Brian should save his art in a higher format. It’s certainly good enough to. Maybe he still runs his display at 800x600 or something; he is one of the old guard of furry fandom after all.
