Realistically I don’t think they would make it full on. It’s just heavily implied. As much as I LOOOOVEE this ship I don’t think they can pair main characters romantically or like “higher up” characters. BUT if they did, that would be a great basis to base a good relationship on considering most of the STRONGEST relationships start off from the most strongest of friendships. Plus I’ve seen kids act out Bride of Discord and know about the ship and to my surprise these kids turned out fine. Fluttercord actually taught them something. It’s okay to love for those who are “different” and strong relationships start off from good friendships plus two opposites can make a balance as well when you are there for them like she is for Discord. I know some people might argue “but he’s like 1000’s of years older than her” being an immortal himself age has no consent to him being with a perfectly normal adult which never even affected the children in the first place whom learned stuff off of it. The one who strive for more understanding between two opposites but also have a balance within each other. PLUS when others call it “pedophilia” that’s where draw the line because it isn’t. If it was as well let us be honest (most dislestia shippers) say it is… don’t you think the writers would have pointed that out by now or have been disgusted by it? I’ve legit never seen it. Plus if you want to talk about how “huge age difference” is a problem considering he is an immortal being? Remember the “Dungeons and Discords” episode where they teleport to Las Pegasus. Discord had given out a “cat call” aka a seductive hot whistle to that mare who IS an adult herself but was WAAAYYYYY under his age? but yet people frequently forget that and pass it off? If the huge age difference is “pedophilia” like they say…why would the cast add such a scene? it’s totally broken logic there now. even more so. I know they imply it because no entire platonic friend is that over obsessive and possesive over a total platonic friend. Plus I’ve seen the writers like Fluttercord statuses and fan art. so really the whole “pedophilia” thing is just total and utter nonsense. This ship is a good one and it teaches many.

Come on, this is one of the fastest growing ships right now! Just make it cannon already!
