It’s bad enough the movie was leaked in HD, (regardless, I chose to see it in theaters), but it sounds like they really DO need to beef up their cyber-security.
It was posted by a person who tried to impersonate the hacker. If you look closely, there is a string missing in the nick.
Half the season? Oh, no a summary of every season 8 episode was also leaked.
Internal sabotage? It’s not unlikely someone pissed off is trying to get some comeuppance and not getting caught.
Generally though from what I heard getting into corporate systems isn’t too hard. Just find the site that’s their employee portal or whatever, and call the internal help desk asking for help getting on because new or lost info. That’s been the story I’ve heard consistently for years.
Don’t know why they would deliberately leak nearly half of season eight for, but for all I know they might be just baiting the waters for us.
Maybe some of these leaks are deliberate.
Don’t know but it would either mean that Hasbro’s/DHX security is that bad or that nine year old is seriously skilled.
Doubt it.
