So I mentioned before in my other siren pics that Adagio and Sunset briefly ‘dated’ in the human world. Quick recap:
 
Adagio separated from her sister and ended up on Sunset’s doorstep, alone and in need of a place to stay. At first, Sunset was suspicious but soon decided to give Adagio a second chance, like she had received. After some time, the two grew closer and eventually became a couple, much to her friends shock. over a year passed before Adagio could absorb enough magic from Sunset for her body to become pregnant (Sirens don’t work the same way humans do, obviously). Adagio then left Sunset, stealing all the money she could get her hands on and leaving town to raise her assumed daughter. The fact that she bore a son, disgusts her and leads her to treating him horridly.
 
TLDR: Adagio and Sunset banged and then Adagio bailed when she got preggers. Took Sunsets money on the way out.
 
Anyway, this comic is to show what happened when Adagio discovered her pregnancy. Her plan was to get close to Sunset, get her to impregnate her and then kill her as revenge for runining their plan years ago. It would have been the perfect revenge but in a moment of weakness, her cold Siren heart was swayed by Sunset’s love for her. The year they had spent together had softened her to the point where she couldn’t kill her as she had planned. So she went with plan b.
 
Note: Adagio had planned on calling her daughter, Daybreak Melody, in memory of Sunset. While Adagio will never admit it, she still has feelings for Sunset.
