You mean the Storm King’s attack on Canterlot? The Storm King’s the one responsible to lead Tempest, Grubber, and his army attack Canterlot before he attack the rest of Canterlot while Tempest and Grubber went away to hunt down Twilight and bring her back to the Storm King. The Storm King also attack the rest of Equestria throughout the entire movie including Ponyville, Cloudsdale, the Everfree Forest, the Crystal Empire, Appleloosa, Manehattan, and Las Pegasus. His victory was undone at the end of the film that lead to his death, his army’s defeat, and the liberation of Equestria.
