nice story, I like the concept you thought about that everything what is created can be reseted if you screw up and let the world become trash you need to do something to stop this or the world with you could end but the point here is there is no comeback after the end because the Fausticorn is gone and she just made Luna + Celestia to take care of their creations but they cant create new living beeings just out of thin air.
 
Well but the MLP aspect that everything can be good if you just try, is another view from the end. Here you see that Everything has its purpose in life, the destroyer just wants to fulfill it too he isnt different from any other living beeing.
 
I’d like to see more from the story to find out how it ends :)
