Well, I don’t know lashed on to their hatred on Twilight’s painful moment similar to how Twilight lashed on to her hatred on the Mane 5 (mostly Pinkie). Why didn’t she heed Queen Novo’s warning not to use it? Why didn’t Twilight listen to Queen Novo when she was trying to take the pearl? Why didn’t she told her friends that the pearl could possibly be the only way to save Equestria from the Storm King and end his conquering of tyranny over Equestria for good? Was it fair to fully blame either Twilight, or Pinkie, or Rainbow Dash, or the rest of the Mane Six, or Queen Novo when it was possibly Tempest Shadow who put the lives of the Mane Six in great big danger hunting down the Mane Six (mostly Twilight) while the Storm King out the lives of the rest in Equestria in great big danger when he successfully overthrow Twilight, the Royal Sisters, and the Royal Crystal Family and successfully ruled and conquered across the entire kingdom/land of Equestria? Well, it’s possibly apparent that Twilight was or wasn’t thinking clearly in the moment thinking that the Mane 5 aren’t taken things serious or not as her inexperience and impulsiveness gave Tempest to still hunt down Twilight and bring her back to the now fallen Equestria which is now ruled by the Storm King. However, the blame could be pointed at everyone involved. From Hasbro, the writers, to Queen Novo, the Mane Six (mostly Pinkie and /or Rainbow Dash), and even Twilight with the brunt of it going to none other than the second-in-commanding lieutenant of the Storm Army and the secondary/central antagonist of the film, Tempest Shadow herself.

But Twilight would never be selfish! Because the truth was that she was actually trying to let her friends and herself save Equestria from the Storm King’s wrath while trying to borrow the pearl. That’s because she was being such a disobedient alicorn when it leads to her along with the rest of the Mane Six being falsely banished from Mount Aris/Seaquestria.

Well, Twilight was wrong to steal the pearl, distracting the Mane 5, Spike, and Queen Novo, and not trusting them because she was such a disobedient pony when she was trying to steal to pearl.

yeah i didn’t like this scene. such a major backstep for her character. would season one or 2 twi say this maybe, but current twi i don’t believe it. even if things did go to shit like they did in the events of this movie

I was more referring to the whole “having different characters berate Twilight for whatever reason” - it’s on the same level as those cringey DA “(characters) react to (sad event)” posts

Because some fans believed that Twilight’s a jerk ass or fool in the movie when she was trying to steal the pearl. She and her friends could have been arrested or executed by Queen Novo. And the Mane Six and Spike did not tell Novo why she’s an old friend of Celestia and Luna. And Novo didn’t know that Twilight is Her old friend’s pupil. Twilight didn’t meant to do that she was trying to be a hero. But Queen Novo refuse to hand the pearl to the Mane Six and Spike because she said that the pearl is not going anywhere.

Seriously?! The movie is canon. And it would have some have some moments of the main characters get their personalities thorns through the wringer.

CinemaSins would love to decrease a sin because Pinkie Pie is sad.

Wasn’t this that one scene that lots of people hated? I don’t thank those people understand what comes with friendship… In friendship there will be fights even with Twilight Sparkle, don’t treat her like she’s perfect, even she can get into fights, no matter how it made you feel
