You mean that it looks like Pinkie is blaming herself for the presume death of Twilight Sparkle because the last thing she did was calling her a bad friend who doesn’t trust her friends? They didn’t fully apologize thanks to Rainbow Dash telling them to make up later.

Well, I could imagine if this scene was extended and we see Rainbow Dash feeling a deep pain inside her chest, comforting Spike who was wiping his tears falling and then we see Capper, Captain Celaeno and the other Sky Pirates, Princess Skystar, and all the ponies in Canterlot weeping and crying, all believing that Twilight sacrifice herself to save Equestria from the Storm King’s wrath.

Well, I don’t know why Hasbro nearly made the movie killed off Twilight. Just like what they did to the G.I. Joe movie because due to the fan backlash of Optimus Prime’s death in the Transformers movie, the changed Duke’s death to become a coma. And he would come out of it instead. Yep. Both Duke and Twilight were nearly killed off in the movies based off on tv shows created by Hasbro. But Optimus Prime did get killed off.

Rainbow Dash?

I almost nearly cried during this scene – believe it or not.  
As Pinkie was the one who left Twilight in the first place. And almost seeing her friend “die” after they just made up is a really tragic moment that really hits you hard.  
I also like how there’s 30 seconds of silence as the storm dies down and everypony just says nothing as if Twilight, the main character, is presumably dead.

I never thought of it that way…Pinkie seeking comfort from her cousin.:(

There’s something especially poignant about Applejack being the one to comfort Pinkie. She’s admitted to crying on the inside, even though we have seen her shed tears before, and even she can’t hold back a tear as she comforts her heartbroken potential cousin.
 
And as for Pinkie, this must’ve been especially hard for her. She’d only just made up with Twilight after the two had had their fight, and she was the one holding onto her when she was going for the staff, before she got swept away. And with Twilight gone, possibly dead, for all she knew, it’s just too much…<=(
