Freakazoid had a cool rogue’s gallery, (many designed by Bruce Timm) but sadly some of the villains planned only ended up as brief cameos, sense the show was short-lived. Some like Dead-Pan were only used for one brief joke.
 
Some of the other show’s skits like “Sir Bravery,” (whom is basically a Monty Python sketch) or the “Lawn Gnomes” (a parody of Disney’s “Gargoyles,” which was popular back then) were pretty good, but underutilized too. Nowadays, those probably won’t seem as funny to younger viewers unfamiliar with what they’re spoofing/referencing.
