Going off the
parents:thundershytag and the fact that the oc looks like a young filly, that’s probably Thunderlane and Fluttershy’s daughter who’s likely crying because she’s watching her parents break up before her eyes.@larrykitty

But wait, the OC in the back has to be part of this too. Could it be that she had fallen in love with Big Mac but Fluttershy got with him first? Maybe Flutters and Mac were in a secret relationship and just now coming out with it. I mean out of all of them Thunderlane and the OC seems the most surprised out of all of this.
Well, there’s no source to check or included story here, but going off of the image and provided the tags are correct, it looks like Fluttershy was married to Thunderlane and is leaving him for Big Macintosh. No idea why, but Fluttershy’s angry face and teary eyes say Thunderlane did something bad enough to make her leave him.
I think not…looks more like unevenly applied eyeliner tbh. xD
