Technically speaking if they are Rule 63 versions of eachother they aren’t “related” in the since that they come from the same family (not the same one in the same dimension anyway) so what he says is true in a sense. If you look in the tag history, no one added rule 63 (automatic tags are included there so that can’t be the case either).
This means that the artist created this with the the rule 63 tag and all of those other tags then apply.
Those tags weren’t added by the artist tho’. You might be right about their offspring being a bit messed-up though.
It has the dopey hooves, rule 63, selfcest, and self ponidox tags so pretty much confirmed it’s a male version of her, not to mention he looks EXACTLY like her other than the stallion part, and technically they’re not siblings so the poster’s not lieing. So now we have a child with with no dominant genes to suppress whatever genetic waste the parents were carrying and who most likely has the brain power of a cantaloupe, this should be entertaining
Might not be the case, as he could just be a grey stallion, who is similar to her whom exists in her same world. We’ve seen many ponies that look similar in the show, or have similar personalities.
