Description
Funny story: This actually wound up as a featured artwork on Equestria Daily back in the day. XD I was SO friggin’ hyped over it! There are some changes I’d like to make to Rares, mostly how her shirt sits in relation to her leg and maybe make the lace a bit more of a thing, since it’s not too visible over her mane. And her fascinator needs to be 20% more fabulous.
