Hey, so, if someone commissions a piece and they get all the rights to it, doesn’t that mean they get to upload it despite DNP unless there’s a disclaimer in the sale saying that they’re retaining the distribution rights?
 
Because unless they say that, selling a physical copy means they lose the distribution rights - the distribution rights go to whoever bought it.
 
That’s why videogames have a EULA and movies and such bought on DVD have the disclaimers and all. They’re specifying that the purchase was a license to use and that the publisher retains the distribution rights.
