The image itself is nothing but a cropped screenshot from the movie with a glow effect added to her eyes, a vague caption at the top, and the only thing she’s doing is reaching into her backpack. In the movie, it was to get the memory stone. Here, it’s not specified to be anything exactly, only what you imagine.
